This was an old patch that was not properly repaired.

I tried to attach the refrigerator to the floor and found it was settling through the floor. | |||
| I cut out the old patch plus all the rotted area around it and under the refrigerator. |

I will clean out the area, including a mouse neat that I found, clean the rust on the chassis and paint it with Por-15. |
